DMCA Policy

"Das Groãÿe Glã¼Ck" ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with U.S. copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA). We expect our users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content hosted on our website or services ("Site") infringes upon your copyright(s), please submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent with all the information required below. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, which may include removing or disabling access to the challenged content.

Your DMCA Notice must contain the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the infringing content).
  3. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your completed DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact methods provided in the "Contact Information" section below.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with us (a "Counter-Notice") by submitting written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a Counter-Notice, we may send a copy of the Counter-Notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the Counter-Notice, at our sole discretion.

Your Counter-Notice must contain the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., URL(s) of the removed content).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your full name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which "Das Groãÿe Glã¼Ck" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your completed Counter-Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent via the contact methods provided in the "Contact Information" section below.
